  • Preparation of Tender Specifications and Documents - including conditions of tender, statement of requirements, industry briefing material etc.
  • Management of Procurement Programs - including procurement planning, evaluation planning, evaluation, approval and contract negotiation
  • Negotiation of Service Level Agreements - including identification and definition of services, development of service and performance standards, and the development of performance monitoring and measurement processes
  • Contract Management - Implementation of best practice models for managing complex and high value contracts, including governance arrangements, performance monitoring, and change management
  • Risk Assessment - Conduct of risk assessments using our Risk Assessment methodology which is consistent with AS 4390:1999 - Risk Management
  • We also have considerable expertise and experience in the managing and leading complex contract negotiations across a wide range of business requirements.
