Rex Waite (Director)

Rex has wide ranging consulting and executive management experience, including in information technology, service delivery, organisational change and strategic planning and management. Some of his recent assignments include:

• IT management and governance review in the tertiary education sector
• Strategic project implementation advice and quality assurance
• Organisational development assistance, mentoring and coaching
• Provision of advice and project management assistance for the integration of a number of discrete organisations and business units into a single organisational unit
• Organisational review and preparation of a business case for implementation of shared services arrangements
• Provision of ICT outsourcing advice and assistance
• Development of a business case for the implementation of shared services arrangements in a government organisation
• Negotiation of outsourced ICT arrangements for a government agency
• Provision of strategic advice and assistance on the implementation of records management and storage arrangements, including development of specifications and documentation for the procurement of an integrated electronic document and records management solution

Rex has also held consulting and executive management positions in the private sector, and was a senior executive in the Australian Public Service. Rex holds a Master of Business Administration (International Business) and is a member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the National Institute of Governance.
