• Establishment of project planning, risk management and governance arrangements for a major ICT outsourcing program
• Review of development options and development of applications implementation strategy for security business applications
• Development of detailed system specifications and integration requirements for implementation of a content management system
• Implemented .Net, multi-tiered applications development and collaborative web technologies
• Provided guidance and advice on software, desktop and server management
• Project management, technical design and rollout of national desktop and server architecture to replace Macintosh environment
• Business process efficiency for audio engineering company
• Established overseas sales outlets and an international marketing activities
• Analysis of options and business case development for the implementation of employee self service functions for the SAP Human Resource Management System
• Developed an RFP and evaluated responses for the selection of a consultant for the FEDLINK Project
