Jenifer Frederick (Director)

Jenifer is a Director of Alliance Consulting Group and has wide ranging consulting and executive management experience in learning and development, organisational improvement, governance and financial management and service delivery. Jenifer's recent consulting assignments include:

• Development of a workforce planning strategy for a government business unit
• Strategic policy development, program management and change management for the implementation of major business process changes in an international environment
• Design and delivery of leadership and management skills programs for senior management
• Development of a change management and communications strategy to support a large scale international change program
• Organisational review of a government business unit
• Review of print and copy arrangements for a national organisation, including in-house and outsourced arrangements
• Development of specifications for an e-learning tool for worldwide use
• Training needs analysis and reporting
• Development of business plans, marketing plans and change management strategies
• Review of quality management, safety management, and environmental management Systems

Prior to joining Alliance Consulting Group Jenifer had an extensive career in senior management positions with the Australian Government and held Senior Executive positions in the Queensland Public Service.

Jenifer holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma in Arts (Music Composition), and she has also completed studies in Human Resource Management. She is accredited in the use of MBTI and Team Management Systems profiling tools and is an accredited Enneagram practitioner. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Member of the Institute of Public Administration, a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Jenifer has also been a guest lecturer in the MBA program at a large Australian University as well as publishing research papers and speaking at national and international conferences.

She was a Queensland finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards 2001.
